In Miami-Dade County, 9,811 incidents of domestic violence were reported in 2014, yet just 51% resulted in arrests.  –Florida Department of Law Enforcement

In December of 2013, we joined with One Billion Rising to convene the first of a series of monthly meetings to create an ongoing community conversation around women’s freedom from violence in the Greater Miami community. This year we began our monthly Community Conversations Around Women’s Freedom From Violence.
