Viviana Alvarado Pacheco is the Senior Director, Research & Collective Impact, at The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade. She leads the organization’s research, data, and policy programs, spearheading all research projects and policy initiatives, including the Gender Equity Dashboard, Gender Equity Index, and the WFMD Policy Agenda. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs, Conflict Resolution, and Civil Society Development from the American University of Paris and a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Virginia Tech. Throughout her professional career, she has focused on gender issues, reproductive rights, and closing the gender data gap. Having lived in different countries, Viviana has experience working in various international environments where she has been able to perfect her language skills in English, Spanish, and French. She is a fierce advocate for women’s rights, reproductive justice, and climate change action, promoting a better world for future generations.
