ITWomen is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 by senior level women acrosss technology industries. Through our partnerships with non-profits, universities, corporate sponsors and professional organizations, we strive to narrow the gender gap in technology and increase the potential for innovation and economic growth through gender equity.
Our programs help ignite a passion for technology in the next generation by reaching out to girls in middle school, high school, and college through Role Model Speakers and Scholarships. And our supportive network is there for our scholarship alumnae and our members for their professional development. ITWomen is a multi-generational organization focused on the South Florida tri-county areas of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
