About AIM
Vision: Create a safety net city for infant and maternal health.
Mission: To accelerate the measurable reduction of maternal and infant mortality and morbidity statistics in Miami-Dade County by cross-sector collaboration between private and public, large institutions, and grassroots community-based organizations.

AIM Action Areas
We AIM to improve maternal and infant health locally by:

Bringing together multiple stakeholders outside of institutional silos to address 5 actionable areas to reduce mortality and morbidity and agree on the common agenda to impact measurable outcomes.

Operating a Data Analytics Dashboard for capturing and sharing Alliance-identified data points Infant and Maternal Health in Miami-Dade County.

Grantmaking solutions addressing gaps & needs identified by the Alliance to provide culturally-relevant solutions for Maternal and Infant mortality in Miami-Dade County.

Deploy Public Awareness Campaigns focused on Infant and Maternal Health in Miami-Dade County with same core messaging irregardless of economic status to create credibility and add to the common knowledge bank across the community.
