What is #ONETEAM
#ONETEAM is an alliance of like-minded independent organizations, advocates, and allies united to prevent human trafficking and support access to services for victims of exploitation across South Florida and beyond.
Though each member brings their own mission and expertise, we move as one advocacy team, collaborating, communicating, and taking collective action to build public awareness about what you should know and what you can do to prevent human trafficking and support access to services for victims of exploitation.

Mission
To unite organizations and advocates in the strategic work to eliminate labor and sex trafficking and related exploitation, amplifying our impact through collaboration, shared messaging, expert trainings, conducted by qualified partners, and coordinated public awareness campaigns.
Vision
Stronger and safer communities where all people, regardless of identity, are empowered, protected, and free from exploitation. We envision a future where collaboration replaces isolation, and where shared purpose fuels real transformation by making exploitation visible and unacceptable.
Who We Are
- Organizations, community groups, advocates, public servants, and allies focused on preventing human trafficking and supporting access to services for victims of exploitation in Miami-Dade, South Florida, and beyond.
- Independent entities with unique strengths and expertise,committing to maximize impact together.
- The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade (WFMD) convenes #ONETEAM as a partner in service to the greater community. This organization will endeavor to include a wide array of partners. If there are any questions about the vetting of #ONETEAM voluntary members, WFMD will consult with the leaders of our local Human Trafficking Task Forces.
