Founded in 1960, Camillus House provides compassionate hospitality and respect through direct services, including food, clothing, shelter, behavioral health services and health care, to the poor and homeless of South Florida. The Emotional, Social and Health Enhancement Program (ESHE) engages women who are homeless in a continuum of care through a holistic wellness program that addresses the many concerns and needs of women in a dignified and genderoriented environment. It provides showers for the homeless women along with clothing and hygiene products. ESHE addresses physical, social, mental and emotional needs while preparing women for self-sufficiency and a stable transition to housing and healthcare.
